Fraudulent ripoff deceptive company evil dirt bags false promises

I received a letter in the mail saying that i was approved for a credit card with a 5000.00 credit limit GUARANTEED! I sent in a check for 45.00 for the processing fee on August 22.
On August 28 the check cleared my bank. Till this day i havent received any thing yet. Still waiting...
