Ripoff business from hell

I was sent notice via mail that I had been approved for a platinum credit card for 5,000 dollars and all that I needed to do was send back signed card and check or money order in the sum of 49. Oo dollars for rush delivery. I sent this back with check on August 6 and still to this day September 3 have not recieved Anything from this company. My check was cashed on August 12. Where Is my card???
