So-called grants company

I was contacted by American solutions center. They promised to help w / getting student aid grants... If i gave them 300 dollars. Well i gave them my info and set a date for the money to be taken out of my account. The first person i dealt with was a mary walsch. Well i checked with the school i was going to at the time and they told me to file through them for free. So i called them and told american solutions to cancel the order and they said no problem. They took the money out anyway, and i contacted them and told them i needed a refund. They told me i would receive it in about 30 days. Needless to say i never saw the money and when i called the number i finally got a micheal waters, which was the supervisor. He promised i would get it, after that day i never saw anything and when i called the number the mailbox was full and when i called mary walsch's line it was disconnected. It is sad there is companies out there that would do this to innocent people.
