Put amount owed out of reach with many charges keeping account open

Capital one as well as HouseholdBank gave me credit cards after I had filed bankruptcy. Capital one gave a gold and platnium card. I soon had financial difficulties and went over limit on all three cards. The Capital One Cards had interest overlimit pastdue bringing the $500.00 platinum card up to 1,073.00 before it was finally closed as well as the $400.00 gold card. The householdbank card I have today and am current with mainly because their fees were not nearly as much. Capital one is due money and I am guilty of poor financial responsibility and communication. However they kept my account open until it was so out of reach I just gave up.By keeping it open I became a cash cow and now am being sued by a collection agency. On the last statment it shows $86.00 dollars a month being charged long after the credit limit was passed. Capital One seems all about the fees on low limit credit cards to consumers like me.
