No refunds ripoff deception

Gave me a $8900.00 credit but refused to allow me the right to read about them or their merchindise, until I paid a $200.00 dollar membership first.

I received a Credit Card with a raised limet of $8900.00 but the lady refused to allow me the right to see or read about the company or its items, I could buy on credit. I asked if I would get a refund if I do not like the items you have for sale. She said that I could pick out $200.00 in stuff and cancel the membership. So in other words I would have to pay for a membership and if I think the items are junk, I lose my $200.00 and still have to pick out $200.00 in junk. I dont get it this is not legal and more thatn likly a rip off... Sin., Henry Massingale... I sent a email also... They have no web site that I can find.
