THIS IS NOT A CREDIT CARD! I was told by my lawyer that is way they can get away with this.

It really is just a "Credit Advance" for over priced junk they sell in their catalog! And I do mean over-priced!!!

I was told that they had tons of items that you could get with their services. That they would give me $6,500.00 worth of credit for an upfront fee of $199.00. They said that they had major appliances, furniture, electronics and just about any item you wanted. What a joke, when we got the catalogs there was nothing but a lot of junk that is so over priced that you would not or could not even use.

1. MAJOR APPLIANCES = Ginsu Knives
2. FURNITURE = cheap desk lamps
3. Electronics = battery operated masquito repellers

I called and canceled my membership back in October and they STILL took a $99.00 annual fee from my checking account!!!

I called them and told them that I had canceled my membership and wanted my money back...

... As of 01/09 i still have not gotten an answer from them!

Every time I call they keep telling that they are going to look into this, and if someone was deceptive in what they told me their company offered they would refund my money.

This is so much crapola!!! The don't care about anyone!!!

I really believe this company is preying on the minds of people like me that don't have perfect credit and then offering something they don't have.

There are several lawsuits against this company.
Please do not become a victim!!! Do not activate any card before checking the bbb or on-line for information!
