I have been trying to contact thids company for over 2 1/2 years, I have needed a new credit card with my correct name on it, I was divorced after getting this card. Also, I had several questions for them about several charges on my account, they never returned my calls, they never sent my card, and I havew never been able to tqalk to a real person after I brought up these few questions to them. What should I do, now this looks bad on my credit, I also have not received any bills or statements since this happened
