Washington Mutual WaMu Fraudulent Practices Credit Card Fraud - Bait and Switch

Beware! If you receive a Washington Mutual Bank "WAMU" 0% credit card offer, DO NOT FALL FOR IT, and apply for a credit card. The offer we got was for 0% until April 1 (we submitted our application on September 23). When we received our first statement, the Annual Percentage Rate "APR" for the Promo Offer was 12.99%. This offer was an absolute LIE.

This is a very deceptive "bait and switch" trick that we fell for. The number we called to see if it was an honest mistake connected us to someone in India. They said we were not in their records for the promotion offering the 0%. If WAMU wants to challenge me on this offer, I have the Pre-Approved Promo letter to prove it.

DO not do business with a company that will outright deceive you!
