I was scammed bu every definition of the word!

I work several jobs to make ends meet because my wife of 27 years has been on disability from a work injury. She has endured 3 surgeries and MRSA almost killed her. So money is very tight.

I am constantly looking for ways to make money and have been receiving Jim Ross's newsletters: Foreclosure Store, Member's List & Premium, all free. I ordered a 30 day trial and received several books and I found the information to be very poorly done and the foreclosure listings to be quite pathetic. So I returned the items and canceled the trial. I was told it would be 4 to 5 days following the receipt of the package back to them I would receive a refund.

I sent the package insured for $300.00 and to get a signature. They received the package 10/50 Signed by Platon K. If Im reading it correctly. I called today to check on the refund and was told it would be 4 to 6 weeks. Now this is quite ridiculous when it can be done in a matter of minutes. I can not stand to be lied to.
