Ripoff

Free credit.com is a scam they take personel information and charge you everytime you go to they web site. They are charging me for a report that was a 30 day trial and charged me twice for it. I was told I went to that web site twice so they charged my account twice for $24.95 I was charged a free for $14,95 for bringing up some report. I have gone to that web site since and do not see anywhere about those charges. I have cancelled and now I have gotten five e-mails telling me changes have happen on my credit report. Have e-mailed them to make sure they will not charge me again, which they said they would not. So tonight I went to check out the changes and they can not give me that information, and my time I can go to that web site is just a few days away. Is this another scam to charge me again?

That freecredit.com is a scam it is not a free service as they advertise it to be. And I want everone else to know so they will not get ripped off like I did. This company does not have a mailing adress, just a box number, when asked where they are located at they refused to give me that information for security reasons, When I asked to talk to a supervisor the lady on the phone, who did not fully speak englih told me the supervisors were busy with other customers. Now come on either there was no supervisors because this is being run out of someones house, or there were supervisors and they were busy with unhappy custome. The only reason a supervisor gets on the phone is when they are asked for. This is about the charges put on my credit card because I now have a -balance of over $300.00. But is also for the other people out there that I want to tell before they get scamed.
