National Action Financial Sevices Harassing, outrageous behavior and threatening

Person calling himself Maxwell calling and cursing. He has taunted me about things that don't pertain to debt collection. This person will not let you speak and starts screaming and cursing. I have tried to make arrangements, but they want all of the money now. This debt is from I was laid off from my job due to reduction of workforce. This debt has actually been charged off and they keep giving me different amounts every time they call. They call probably 20 times a day. I asked them to contact me by mail only, but they say they do not have to follow any rules, that they make the rules. This person is unstable and goes crazy at times, yelling an cursing. They are not willing to work with me. They say my life will be a living nightmare and say bad things will happen to me. They say they are above any laws and will do wahtever it takes. These people are insane.
