What does the media need

I am not sure how much longer I will be there because I have become more and more vocal about how I am sick of abuse.

I am exhausted, stressed out, paranoid, sick, hostile and highly agitated.

I am a mortgage expert. A Banker. A home finance manager. A slave.

I am not going to exaggerate:

I have worked about 132 hours this month. QL launched this new program called the X that offers much lower rates than the usual overpriced loans.

When they told us last Thursday, I knew exactly what coming next from my 'leadership' team.

"Guys, we are going to order you dinner tonight. Cancel your weekend plans! We are creating our own refi boom!"

I then went back to my desk to pretend how excited I was about our "refi boom." My 'leadership' team came by my desk, "Aren't you so excited? You are going to make so much money this weekend! Can you believe this opportunity!"

The 'leadership' team came around all weekend checking to see who was in and who was not "taking advantage of the opportunity." They were appalled that more bankers weren't willing to work every waking moment of this weekend.

I remember on Sunday one of the members of leadership came by said "Who has been here today? Who said they would be here and then didn't show up?"

I went home one day after almost 11 hours and my ass got chewed out the next morning about my lack of commitment.

In general, anything less than 12 hours a day and at least 8 hours on the weekend is asking to be put on an "opportunity letter."

My days are numbered so what does the media need from me before I get my letter?
