When I first read the job description I was amazed! Have fun, great pay, pathway to leadership! I was completely bedazzled this sounded like a great career opportunity. I got called in for an interview, waited for an hour and lo and behold had a five minute interview. I did indeed get the call back, and my second interview was as odd as ever;I was to come in from 1pm to 6pm for a second interview. I was too busy looking into my future to realize that I was actually working.

Before I knew it I was whisked away onto a path of "leadership" or so I was told. Kim Paul the manager and owner of Kinetic International Marketing is a 23 year old hustler. And I say hustler with all do respect, I mean she has the mind power to pull you in blanket you with kindness, put you to work and blindside you all at the same time. Like I said she's a HUSTLER. I worked for Kimberly Paul for two weeks.

Within those two weeks I worked close to 51 hours a week, my first paycheck was $156.62. So if you do the math $156.62 divided by 51 hours is a whole whopping $3.08. Hello isn't that illegal??? And on top of that I was driving all over the place! And coming in early to pick up merchandise! And what did I have to show for it??? Nothing.

So if you are looking for placement in this company have the mentality of a slave, a sheep, a test tube life form because after all is said and done you will have K.P. Smiling over you giving you all her support and not to mention all of her workload!
