Capitol Managment Services L.P. Harassment, Threats and just plain Rude Buffalo NY

My parents have been getting harassing phone calls from Capitol Management Service L.P. About a debt that has been charged off by the credit card company and shows a charge off on their credit report. One guy in particular (Richard Horaway) threatened my mom while discussing this issue. I sent an email to the company CEO:

"The next time any of your Collection agents threatens my mom or any one in my family I will have to pursue legal action. This is your last warning!"

I wanted to speak my mind but the last thing I need is another charge of terroristic threats against me.

I want retribution because he treatened my mom.
