Dirty Rotten Scoundrels

Ocwen is a company that looks good on top but is rotten to the core. My mortgage was "sold" to them and my troubles began. Some people are having late fees added to payments sent in. They send my payments back and then call and ask where they are. I have been trying to send in all my payments and they keep giving me the run around. I called today and was told they have no record of me calling. This was after a 30 minute wait. I have returned everyone of their calls, from Angela, Stephanie, Ann and Brent. I have talked to Angela and was told that I would have a repayment plan e-mailed to me. It never happend. I called two weeks later and was told that it would be e-mailed... They can't fax anything... It never happened. Today I was told I never called and try to prove I did. The man was very rude and when I asked to speak to his supervisor he told me he was the supervisor... Wonder why he was answering the phone. I would like to join any class action suit or other legal action against this company. They are causing a serious situation on my credit and especially on my marriage. My husband wonders why they keep calling and I tell him I try to pay them and he doesn't believe me. He said a company would never do that. I am so glad that there are people out there that understand me. Thank you for any help I can get and letting me vent.
