Illegally took money from my account

I recently checked my bank account to realize that $390 had been taken out my account. I called the number listed next to the transaction and was put thru voicemail hell. I finally went to the bank, disputed the transaction and we were able to get "Jaime" on the phone. I was informed that I had taken the loan out in 2001 and that it would be in my best interest to pay off the loan. At first, she wouldn't tell me the name of the company but then she said DMS marketing. Since I have no recollection of this company or the loan I asked for a number to reach them only for her to say she doesn't have one. She could give me no information on how to reach anyone only that in order for me to not encur more fees, to pay off the loan or to make arrangements. I told her why would i pay something off if I have no paperwork? She said that is all they could do and that I have a "fraud" investigation pending against me. The bank advisor told me to place the dispute the charge and try to investigate since they don't know how they got my banking information in the first place. Beware! These people are rude and basically try to scare you. I will be calling our Attorney General. We are friends..
