Cashcall
The biggest regret by far! California

My husband and I like so many other people that I have read about were in great need of money, we were trying to save our house. We both, unfortunatley qualified for $2500.
To make the story short I was unable to make a payment and they have not left me alone! Despite the fact that I have repeatedly asked them to not call me at work, they continue to do so and are very rude to the secretaries. On Friday was the last straw, they faxed a letter to my boss asking her to give them information. My boss was very upset, not at me, at the company. I apologized for the calls and I informed her that I have repeatedly asked them to stop calling and she said that she was reporting this to our lawyers.
On the fax that Cashcall sent was my last four of my social and my account information. I think that this company is breaking the law in many ways.
For those of you who are going to rebute my story... I know that I got a loan and that I agreed to pay back, however they have overdrawn my account by $800 and I don't think that they care that I told them millions of times that there is no money in the account and that I will now pay them through Money Gram.
To say the least my bank account has been closed but I still owe the $800 that cashcall decided to continue charging.

They are now threatening to garnish my wages and I want to know what they can and can't do. Does anyone know?
