Unfair Fees, Unwilling to cooperate ripoff

Please anyone thinking of getting a loan with Cashcall DON'T!!! I saw consumer complaintss before I got my loan but I didn't listen because I was desperate for money, and now I'm paying, literally.

Cashcall is sticking me with unfair fees. I had asked them to change the date that they debit my bank account, but they didn't, and because of that I was charged fees at my bank. I was charged a fee from cashcall because I protested my bank fees and my payment ended up getting returned because of Cashcall's negligence in not doing what they said they would.

Then I try to have them debit my account again; they say ok we will and even call me to remind me, and then don't do it. Then they have the nerve to charge me a late fee, and say I broke my payment promise. I have made several calls to them, and they still say their fees are legitamite, REDICULOUS! They tell me one thing and do another. I would take them to small claims court, but it would cost more to file my claim and serve them then my claim is worth. Aaaagggghhhhh. I am so frustrated with this company.
