Fifth third making rules as they go

I have had account with fifth third in eaton. For almost a year now and havent had to many problems with them til this month and i deposited my husbands payroll checks into our account and found out we had been over drawn from the week before with no letters no nothing telling us this well when i finally got the paper work i found out why they supposively just started this that if you deposit a payroll check and its not a fifth third check they hold it now til it clears the other bank. And we were never notified this we were only told if it was in your account by 2:00 it would be in your account that day and after 2:00 it would be deposited the next buisness day.

Well now that is not how it is supposively if it aint a fifth third check they hold it and this supposively took place in july. Well we never got notified so now they have been charging all these fees so now my account is almost 2000.00 in just fees cause they also dont tell you they charge a daily fee and if there isnt no money they charge you another 33.00 overdraft fee ontop of the daily fee. I want to know how they can do this to someone when noone was notified on this?

Well I was told a branch manager would look over my account and get back with me Sept 21st and I still havent heard nothing and they are still charging fees to my account well its in dispute!
