In April I applied for a chargeback because of a screwball company named Jet Technologies in CA not providing the product I agreed to buy. After My local bank failed to follow through with the chargeback, I contacted customer service myself and was, for the moment, succesful. One month later I was sent a letter informing me of the company attempting a chargeback reversal to which I had to defend myself with a 14 page report of the dealings with this company. I though it would be put to rest at this point, but but just to be sure, I closed the charge card account, July 30th! My documentation included a bill from UPS for the shipping (which they refused), the junk they tried to peddle to me, and the "drunken" emails they sent me.
September 15th I recieved a notice that Jet Technologies will be repayed the money from my cc account because I didn't have corroborating opinions to substantiate my claim. They never stated they needed "corroborating opinions" untill this final notice! Also this D. Holton called the auto part "a pulley", it was a supercharger. That response tells me this D. Holton did nothing to investigate any part of my claim. This is a letter I'm sending to their CUSTOMER NO SERVICE:
Regarding Case number — , I have provided more than adequate defense to retain my refund of the $2375. Amount.in the statement of your debiting the amount again because of my lack of a "corroborating opinion was not provided" tells me you know nothing about the subject of superchargers. Also, you never, in any of the notices you sent me, requested corroborating statements from similar suppliers. If you had asked for that I would have obtained it.

Furthermore you never investigated the supercharger application to a small block chevy motor, because if you got onto one Internet supercharger site you would have had supporting information by the third page. You also stated that my claim was "the pulley was a standard part". You clearly have no I idea what any of this is about, and it is obvious that you did absolutely nothing to help me with my case, because it was a supercharger, not a pulley!!!

On the other side of this dispute, with the emails I provided you how could you even make any sense of what the emails where from jet tech & They were gibberish!
It is for these reasons that I will be forwarding this to your supervisor and I refuse to pay this debit amount. You did not do your job!
This has been very trying for me. I will be discontinuing all Visa cards.
Like in all the other warnings here, AVOID VISA, theY are only on the Mechants side. They will take the fees from the mechant and forget about you!!!
