Worst customer service

Not willing to help to refinance or modify the current terms in my mortgage it is obvious all they want to do is foreclose the house because of the equity I have despite the fact I have 30000 dollars to pay toward refinancing, they told me no matter how much money I have I won't be able to do anything with my loan because I do not qualify.

Even the Pennsylvania Banking Department tried to help me by talking to Countrywide, but even Pa banking department feels very dissapointed All I see is they push borrowers for subprime loans and then they would not help you

Everything in the name of money$#@&^%
