Takin money without asking or rendering a service Internet

I like many others was filling out credit apps and somehow linked up with this company who took money out of a joint acct. That i am on with my mother. I was able to get the number of someone thre named lucious i called and got his voicemail and when i called again the next day the recording said they werent accepting calls and to go online for help. They are no longer online either. I am trying to get my mothers money back. If anyone can help. Please do
