Fraud and cheating!

We visited Walmart to cash my partners paycheck check and we got the traditional cause #2. Even when we'd poor credit just how can a paycheck check from the business that people DO NOT possess be declined once they possess the available resources THE CORPORATION HURTS! And also the cashiers at Walmart they're fools too!!! Nobody understood just how to fill a darn green dot card actually believed the instructions are about the card!!!
