Certegy has a bunch of lies behind there clam

Yesterday I attempted to cash my paycheck from my company whom I've worked for around 15 years. Since I have don't possess a banking account I got it-like I usually do to Walmart. I had been educated that my check couldn't be banked under grounds 2 produced with a pc without any manual bypass. What's up with that? Certegy can't explain something in my experience about this or why it's occurring. I've gotten several thousand apologies but a lot of great that does after I got no cash. I've expenses and material I have to spend. I want action.
