Ripoff taking advantage of people deceptive company

This is a sham I paid by check 149.00 to get this visa that would rebuild my credit. I received the card and all the information to login to site except that the login sent did not work. I have tried to e-mail the company but they have not responded to my numerous attempts to contact them.
