Visa ripoff Untied Staters United states

Pioneer Sent me a invitation to apply for their visa card and they said upon recpt of your checking acount funds they would automaticly send your visa card. FIrst I didn/t give informaiton I hesited a long time I kept e-mailing the company form the sight itself and asked alot of detaled questions.

The suposed director e-mailed me back with no return reply address and said theat they still had my ifnormaiton on file and would be pappy to process it as soon as possible.

SO finaly after about two or three weeks of this I finally submitte my informaiton they needed and I have not received a single thing from them yet this has been about one month ago.
