Bill apparently closed but nonetheless priced

Our child went online to pick several activities to play online. Being a unique needs kid she did not realize that the charge could be billed regular. Used to donot know of the cost till after it had been prepared and so I went online towards the website and sent them to shut her consideration. They stated they did not understand what I intended and so I described simply to discover it and shut it. However my child's consideration continues to be being billed $39.95 every month. I'd to shut the consideration since the only cash she gets is from social protection. The truth that a of this type of website could not find a merchant account does not appear company effective. Our child did not actually get any activities because of the reality she forgot her login and code.
