Visa Card Ripping me off

I started with this company when it was Fleet, so for about 15 years I have been a member. There are so many problems I will be brief for approx. 2 to 3 years I have been requesting that my precentage rate be lowered and that I would like a larger credit balance, mind you I have excellent credit and the several times I have requested this, I was told I did not qualify. 2nd issue - they had sent free merchandise brochures and told me because of my good standing I could choose any of the merchandise listed, I sent my choices in around June of so far I have recieved nothing, I called the company and once I actually reached a human being I was told that nothing was ever recieved and that I did not qualify for this promotion. 3rd issue and the one that shows I am being ripped off, I am never late on my payments, on my last bill I recieved 4 charges totaling $52.00, I did not make these purchases, I called the company and told them I did not make these purchases, they asked me if I called the phone numbers of the companies in questions, I had and never heard of these companies. This ended our conversation, so I subtracted the amount and made my monthly payment. On my last bill I recieved a letter stateing that if I did not pay the $52.00 dollars my credit privilages would be revoked-what privilages.in the last several months I have been making my payments as always and no of it is being applied to my balance-where are my payments going. I still have no available credit.
