Same problem in Texas BOA clearing largest check first "again" after lawsuit

I've had the same problem with BOA clearing a check that was dated 1 day later than 5 debits. This in turn cased the 5 debits to become NSF. So BOA is charging me 175.00 (35.00 x 5) instead of the 1 for the largest and latest written check. I asked their 1-800 number for a copy of how they clear checks and he got extremely defensive. I had to go into the back, and according to this pamphlet, BOA can clear anyway they want. Do not do business with boa!!! See lawsuits prior!!!
