Ripoff artists fraud

I received guaranteed approval for $5000.00 dollars.
I sent in the $49.00 dollars for rush delivery the money
was deducted from checking acct same week I called
813.879.4752 line stayed busy continued to call spoke
with a female she stated that my card would be processed
on September the 5th and I would receive the card around
the 14th still waiting

I never received an sort of confirmation once they debted
mychecking acct. The female whom I spoke with assurred me that this was not a scam that I would receive my card.
