Pay request for payment, but don't post it untill account is low, then bounce the check

Had elec. Dep. Every month at same date. Had one elec payment at the same date every month. Request for payment came in and it was paid, but it was not posted until one day before my elec deposit was there. Some times it was held as long a 15 days before it was posted. The same with any other checks that they could delay.

I spoke with the manager about this, as you would expect, he knows only what comes up on his computor, but the first time i spoke with him i got a refund of almost $400.00. Every month after that i lost between $150.00 to $250.00 a month.

I closed my account, for a $9.99 elec payment to aol every month, the last month they tried to charage me $250.00 in fees. For some thing i paid my self. This is a bank where you put your trust to handle money, and to do you right.
