Usa Credit ripoff! They said you have 12,500 to shop on the internet and they took $90.90 out of account you can't order nothing

Usa shopping club they withdrew my money gave me my acct# i went on line and checked it out will i ordered one item $9.90 so it says that will go on your account and you will need to pay now the shipping $9.90, so what is this they make you pay now then they bill you the same amount on your account then 95% of the items on the shopping page is price busters items so those items you pay 100% plus shipping now they can't be put on your usa credit card this is a SCAM don't fall for it I'm trying to get my money back
