Is a ripoff BUT I received my refund

Update from my 8-15 post, number 509... Today I received a refund check from People's Credit First for the full $49.00. I don't know whether it was because they knew I complained to all the agencies I listed in my 8-15 post, or if they really are following their refund policy. I don't care why, I'm just glad the refund came...

They received my certified return receipt package on 8-26, and the check came today, 9-3. For those of you waiting, don't give up... Get their package back to them and request an immediate refund. Write to the agencies listed in my 8-15 post if you would like also. Something worked for me. Good luck!
