Outrageous so called late charges and fees!

I had been named nowadays by GE Cash Bank. Stating that I had been $17.00 late for sept cost... I told the broker that I'd happily create the cost although not he overdue charge when I hadn't obtained a statement... He mentioned in my experience that not just was there a $29.00 late payment but additionally another $10.00 put into create the payment.
