Computer is paid in full since nov 06 but wont deliver it to me

In the beginning i had no problems getting in touch with someone. Now that it is paid for i get nothing. Now they have made to where i cant even talk to a real person. I do have several numbers for them and still nothing. I was told that it was due to a update in their systems and in the shipping department. That was a year ago. So now they have my money and my brand new computer.

I paid about 2000 dollars for this computer because i didnt have the money to pay for one all at once. Everytime i called and did get to talk to someone they was rude, would not let me talk to someone with authority. Would not tell me the warehouse that it was coming from. I live 10 minutes from a dell warehouse in north carolina. I dont know if that is where it was coming from but i was willing to drive wherever just to pick it up.

I just want my computer. Told me that i couldnt get my money back. I will get them both or my money. I am able login to the website and see my order number and that the balence is at 0. Thats it just nothing. I will never do that again.
