No computer no refund

No computer no refund. Made many payments to this company $39.99 every week for 12 months. All they did was send statements of what i paid i called them on every ocassion they refuse to send my computer they refuse to talk to me. They have made a promise to send my computer and nothing. So i have come to my last resort it's not nice to make a promise to a costumer and don't fulfill their promise. It only lose more customers. I have paid my full amount for my computer i do have statements showing where i made these payments i had money drafted out of my account. I think everyone deserves a little honesty.
