A woman called me on in Jyly and stated that I could borrow up to 2000.00 at 9%. She further stated that I could even transfer the money to another higher interest credit card to pay off. As of this date I have had 200.00 taken out of my account and nothing to show for it. The main number that I have just tells me that all accounts are busy.
