Refused to refund debitcard balance even after companies took fraudulent charges off the account

I'm on fixed income and obtained a keybank debit card for online purchases as I reside in a remote area with no resources, my balance of $65 (a lot to me) was zeroed in a 24 hr period by a malicious hacker using what I finally identified with the free security tool snoopfree.com as the Canadian dumant keylogger to access $1 xxx porn sites.

I informed the keybank manager of the keylogger and as a former insider in the adult entertainment industry I simply had no want or need for internet porn we all have a hard enough time trying to keep them from filling our in boxes daily.

I contacted the companies where the charges were incurred filling them in on my background and they immediately took all charges off returning the full balance to my account, regardless of this the keybank manager still refused to refund my money or issued another card!

Because she is management there are no higher ups, the sad part is not that it cost me more than the card balance trying to rectify the matter it's that after crossing all the T's and dotting every I one idiot's refusal to accept reality throws consumer protection out the window and by law we are powerless.

When you log on to the internet, particularly through small private ISP service providers you are wide open to every system weakness between your machine and the so called secure bank system anyone competent knows Microsoft's constant updates and "security fixes" verifies this as did the verizon i-phone hack
