Scamming the poor

My problem with keybank is my spouse is given his payroll check the day before the check is dated and he deposits this check the day he gets it. Keybank allows him to draw $100.00 out, if we use the debit card anywhere for any other amount we are charged for overdraft of $32.00 even though there are hundreds of $ remaining in the account. They do not acknowledge this until the next day. At one point long ago per a conversation with their customer service department I was advised that their hours are 7am to 7pm—however this has not applied in the case of the check being deposited at 4:15pm and use on the card after 7pm. They don't even honor their own checking rules, they also charge your account $1 everytime you check the balance at the atm. I would be thrilled if a law firm would file a class action suit against them as I know they owe me $ by giving back the money they stole from me legally??? Its hard enough to make ends meet without having to worry about the financial institutions stealing from us at any cost and getting away with it.

I for one am tired of my acount being tapped when I didn't get a kiss!!!
