On 8/31/07 I noticed my account debited $149.95 by USA Credit. I did get a email stating that I signed up with them through a payday loan. I emailed them back stating to cancel my subscription. They emailed me back stating that I must call and cancel my subscription, but left no number. I called them on 8/31/07 and spoke to Shila. I told her I didn't know how they got my information and that I wanted to get my money back. She told me that it would take until 9/7/07 to verify my payment and it would take 72hrs after that to go back to my account. Then I looked it up on usacomplaints.com and saw all the complaints about this company. I notified my bank and they gave me another number to call. 800-685-9354. My bank is crediting my account the full $149.95. I told them if by 9/10/07 USA Credit doesn't give me back the money in my account, I would let my bank know and they will go after them for the money.
