Ripoff

I recieved a phone call 3 weeks back stating I had won a vacation to flordia. All I had to do was join the travel agent go direct for free. I was told I would have two weeks to cancel after recieving my info package.

On 9/27, I received the info package stating that I should cancel if not interested by 9/27 itself, else an activation fee of $40 and $19.95 monthly account management fee would be debited from my account. I immediately sent them an email stating that I want to cancel this and they don't have any authorization to debit any money from my account.in spite of sending this cancellation request, $59.95 has been debited from my account. I have sent another mail to this company asking for an explanation but no response yet.

I'm going to the bank today to try to get my money back.
