I applied for an online loan through a payday loan place on July 6... I called my bank to check on the status of my account, and it was overdrawn. This "illustrious perks" place had debited my account for $48.88 on the 7th, claiming I had registered for membership when I signed up for the loan. I canceled my "membership", told them I wanted my money back and no more contact. I received an E-mail from them confirming my cancellation and stating I would be refunded my "membership charges"//and although the money was out of my account in less than 24 hours, to this date. The 19th of July, I have NOT had my money returned to me... Please help me get my money back. Thank you
