Just like all the rest. I ALWAYS pay on time and now I got 2 late fees of 35.00 and all of a sudden my prom. Period was up. I had no idea, I swear it's wrong, but they say it's right. For a 3,000.00 loan they want 535.00. It was due 6 days ago. 1,200.00 was pd off. How rude they were on the phone, unreal.
Everyone with a complaint must write to the BBB, maybe it will help in the long run, but until then what do we do? Plz advise smb!
