Overdraft charges that shouldnt be charged

As of right now i have a neg. 1100 in my account tried to talk to them and they said they put rent in first is sk them how can i be charged when rent came in on example: 15th and everything else came in on the 9. I had several come in on the 9 and they overdrafted me. Would not refund me. They said i need to keep track of my own charges and not to count on the internet because bank card holds are held for five days. I kept track of my charges and i should not have any - in my account now on the 31st a deposit will go in but will not beable to pay any bills. I may end up having my car taken away now if any suit is pending on this co. Pleas let me know
