False, Advertising, took my money, Hung up on me, Real Bad Customer service Ripoff Spring

I ran across an ad for people with a low credit score to get a garruanteed credit card, Being skeptical I search the internet and BBB and found nothing bad about this company. The Deal was that If you pay a fee depending on what limit you want on your card that this company would find you the lowest interest rate. I first called and talked to Toni, she was very nice. I asked her what the chances were that I could be approved. A quick note I have been in a battle for my home for 7 years and was geting ready to lose my house. I was looking for some type of credit to buy a smal trailor to live in. I told her how important this was and that I wanted everything clear. No hidden charges, no maybes just facts.

She took my ss number and came back on the line in about 5 minutes and says that I am approved for 3 options,
#1. Limit $5600 approx... Fee 99.99
#2. Limit $9000 approx... Fee 149.00
#3. Limit $1200 approx... Fee 199.00

I took option #3 because this is how much we would need to buy this trailor, and set it up. Once again I asked her and told her that If there is any chance at all that I was not going to get a Credit card I wasn't interested, She assured me that I would definately get my credit card within 15 to 30 business.

I submitted my funds on may 8th 07,30 days later approx june 5th I called to see where my card is, was, I was told not to worry that she would submit a inquiry and someone from customer service would get back to me, No one did. I called back she gave me the customer service number, the one I had had been disconnected, the new one is always busy I have called it from 5am to 12 am at any given day, always busy. I call back to the Company The lady gets pissed when she hears that its me and gets all flustered, she has hung up on me three times when I have ask her why hav'nt i got my card. With only getting one person when I call alarms me too! I have always been exceptionally nice to her but she gets very hatefull, and Always trys to placate me by saying things like, I will submit an inquiry, I will tell customer service to call you, Please call customer service.

Around August 1 I called in and ask her where my credit card was she said that the card company sent it to the wrong address, we went through the whole process of getting my address down and she assured me that it would be sent out within 5-10 business days. It is now Going on the 20th of august, I doubt if I ever see a credit card from the bank of NEw York, this is who she says my card is coming from. I have asked her for the number of that bank, She says its against company policy to give it out. I want to hold out faith but Its fading fast. This company has cause me a lot of inconvenance and stress with the other court thing and losing my house due to a thieving mortgage company.
