Ripoff sent a $985.19 verizone bill from 1991-94.. Not mine

On 08/07 i recieved a collections bill in the sum of $985.19 from anfi inc who said they represent verizone. It was not my phone number or my phone bill which after MY research was from 1991-1994 and from an area code. I have not lived at. I made contact by phone but could not resolve this. So, i filed on line with the federal trade commision on identy theft in this matter and sent a copy of the email report to afni president and to the general manager. Yes i sent a copy to myself as well. After days and days of research i found the person and address who stole my information. Which i sent to afni as well. I also went to google.com and looked up statue of limitations on phone bills.in the state of new york it is 6 years and this was 14 years so while it is not my debt, i am covered. Then i found out that this company has done this to count less people. Which got me angry enough to file this report. So becareful and do the research.
