Tried to collect a debt I don't owe 16 years after the fact Beyond Statue of Limitations Ripoff

I received a letter by mail indicating I owe $1383.87 to Verizon for a Bill I NEVER received in 1991. There are several problems here.

1. It is beyond the (7) yr. Statue of Limitations
2. It was NEVER persued by Verizon back then.
3. I was NEVER summonsed for this debt.

The company service Rep. (Ron) "tried" to obtain information, and said I needed to get back to him by September 7th.

I called my Attornies who gave me the information about the Fair Credit Act.
I sent a Certified Receit Return letter to this company (WITH) the Notification that if they tried in the future to harrass, and contact me in any form, they can be "FINED" $1000.00 for each attempt.
