Verizion communications ripoff dishonest fraudulent billing

I received a bill from afni stating that i owed 1,545.85 from verizion communication, inc from a phone in york, pa. First off all i never lived in pa, and i would never let a bill get that high. I called afni and after i was on the line for about an hour in a half i finally got to speak to a rep. He asked me for my information which i refused to give he told me to go on line and file a fraud report for afni. I got to afni page but they don't have a fraud report page. I refuse to pay for a bill that i never made. This is a problem because i don't want my credit to get bad and i am not willing to pay for this bill.
