Withdrew funds out of my bank account without my knowledge ripoff Reno Nevada

I recently opened my checking account in june. While reviewing my statement i noticed charges that i did not make or give anybody permission to transfer out. 1 was to usa credit and another was to usa benifits done on the same day 6/18.

And then again in july and august. Leaving my account in the red. Several hundred dollars incured in overdraft charge.

I'm a widow on a fixed income raising a granddaughter. This has taken my grocery money and back-to-school money from our family. It has created hardship and the bank has NOT been very helpful in stoping this.

They think it's something i've overlooked.in the meantime it's destroying my new begining.
