Stole My Money Ripoff

I did business with these people 2 1/2 yrs ago and they did not do what they said that they would do and that was take the money out of our account and distribrute it to the collectors as they said they would, they even told us to ignore the calls from creditors and throw away the bills that they would take care of it, yeah right all they did was take our money out of our checking account, i then signed a form they sent me and had it notorized and mailed it back to them stating "do not take any more money out of our account as we do not need your services any longer. 2 1/2 years after not hearing from them or speaking to them they illegally took money out of our account, when i called them about this they said "oh yes we spoke to you 3 months ago and we even had the bank on the phone etc. That was a lie as i did not speak to them at all and dont care too. We are on a fixed income and this really did a number on us, so the only thing to do is go to a Lawyer and seek the help we need for these ripoff artist to stop them from hurting anyone else. We have since closed our account so they can not rip us off any more.
